What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Your delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Delivery fees for large items are calculated on the delivery destination. No rainchecks. Not available in conjunction with any other advertised offer. Selected offers available in online store.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All orders are in Australian Dollars. We accept Paypal, Stripe, Afterpay, Store credit and all major credit cards including MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Visa. Gift cards are also welcome.

Where you have saved your card details with us: We will store your card details for use as a payment method for future purchases you make. We will notify you of any changes to how we store you card details.

How long will delivery take?

Home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by either Australia Post or Couriers. Orders are typically delivered within 3 – 7 business days, subject to availability. Rural and remote areas may take longer. This delivery time frame is subject to changes in circumstances.

Some deliveries and Click and Collect orders may take longer than usual due to the high demand we are currently experiencing.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. We take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously and every aspect of your personal data is covered.

To ensure that your details are safe, look out for the ‘https’ at the beginning of the website address and green padlock icon when entering personal details on any website.

What else can you do?

Most online transactions are carried out safely and securely but there are steps you can take to minimise the chances of fraud.

  1. Make sure you have up-to-date anti-virus software. Many are available for very little cost or for free. Get advice on anti-virus from stay smart online.
  2. Make sure your browser is the most up-to-date version.
What exactly happens after ordering?

If you have an account with us, you can login to your account and track your order. If you don’t have an account or checked out as a guest, the Consignment ID number can track your order via the Australia Post website.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed.  You’ll find it near the bottom of the email in the “Your Purchase Documents” section.

If you didn’t receive an email, it may have been filtered to your junk or spam folder if you have one, so we recommend that you check there.  You can also try our easy-to-use order page to retrieve order information for any purchases you’ve made
